Ben Nelson
Director
Hey there! I'm Ben, the owner and director of RJ Nelson Constructions, I am a 23 year old with over 7 years of experience in the construction business. 2 years ago, I established RJ Nelson Constructions with one goal in mind- to help people love their homes again.
There's nothing better than seeing the look on a client's face when we complete their projects. Whether it's brand new bathroom, your dream kitchen or even the deck you have always wanted. That moment of excitment is why I do what I do.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me training Muay Thai, riding my dirtbike, or camping with friends and family. I am thrilled to apply my expertise and knowledge to your projects.

Kayne Hudson
Leading Hand Carpenter
Hey! My names Kayne, but the boys like to call me Wayn'o. I'm 24 years old and I've been doing carpentry since I was 15 years old, I've been working for RJ Nelson Constructions for 2 years now and I can confidently say it's the best company I've worked for, it's a tight family like bond.

I love the different work we do going from commercial carpentry, reidential and private renovations constantly learning and growing my skills.
​
Besides carpentry I love going fishing, getting away camping, riding bikes and anything else to do with being outside.
Jacob Brunner
3rd year apprentice
Hey, I'm Jacob but the boys call me Gusti. Im 20 years old and have been doing carpentry for 4 years, I've been with the RJ crew for the last 6 months and honestly, I've been loving it. The boys were super welcoming from the start and it's an easy group to get along with.

One of the things I like most about working here is the variety, we're always doing something different, which keeps it interesting. Plus, everyone's always pushing eachother to get better, which makes it a great place to grow as a chippy.

Outside of work, I'm usually catching up with mates or heading out for a fish on the weekend. Can't beat it.

Hi, my name is Tameka, and I am the administrator for RJ Nelson Constructions.

I love that RJ Nelson Constructions is very family run and owned company, especially being that the diretor and project manager are my younger and older brothers, definitely a perk knowing the bosses personally.
​
I am a mum of 2, and happily married so I don't have much spare time, but if I'm not chasing after my 4 and 2 year old I will be reading.
